Most first counselling interactions are free. This policy applies only when you choose an optional paid service from A2Z Admission Guide.
1. Free Counselling
Website browsing, basic enquiries and initial counselling calls are free unless a paid service is clearly quoted to you in writing before you agree.
2. Paid Service Scope
Optional paid services may include premium document review, overseas application kits, extended application handling, visa-document preparation, scholarship-file preparation or similar support. The fee, scope and timeline will be communicated before payment.
3. Cooling-Off Cancellation
If you cancel within 7 days of payment and we have not started or delivered the paid service, you may request a full refund of the A2Z service fee.
4. Partial Delivery
If work has started, we may deduct the value of completed work and refund only the undelivered portion. Examples of completed work may include document review, shortlist preparation, application drafting, appointment scheduling or submitted application support.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
University application fees, entrance exam fees, government charges, courier fees, payment gateway fees, visa charges, foreign exchange charges and any third-party fee paid on your behalf are generally non-refundable once paid to that third party.
6. Completed Services
Fees for completed service work are not refundable merely because the student changes course preference, does not proceed with admission, receives an institution decision they do not prefer, or misses a deadline after the work is delivered.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible within 7 to 10 working days after approval. Bank, card or payment gateway timelines may add additional processing time.
8. How to Request a Refund
Email admissions@a2zadmissionguide.in with your name, phone number, payment date, amount paid, service name and reason for cancellation or refund. We will review and respond within 3 working days.
