If you do not agree, please do not submit your details or use our services.
2. Our Services
A2Z Admission Guide provides education counselling and admissions support for Engineering, Medical and MBA programs across India and international destinations. Services may include course comparison, college shortlisting, document checklists, application assistance, scholarship guidance, education loan guidance, visa guidance and pre-departure support.
We are not a university, college, government body, embassy, visa office, bank or scholarship authority. Final decisions are made by the relevant institution or authority.
3. Counselling Scope
Recommendations are based on information shared by the student or parent, including marks, subjects, entrance exam status, preferred course, preferred country, budget, documentation readiness and career goal. Our guidance is advisory and should be reviewed by the family before taking a final decision.
4. Eligibility and Minors
Students below 18 should use our services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By submitting a form for a minor, the parent or guardian confirms that the information is accurate and that they consent to counselling communication related to the enquiry.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. You must not submit forged marksheets, false documents, misleading personal information or incorrect payment details. Any misrepresentation may lead to service cancellation without refund for work already completed.
6. Documents and Deadlines
Students and parents are responsible for providing required documents within requested timelines. A2Z Admission Guide is not responsible for missed deadlines, rejection, extra fees or delayed admission caused by late, incomplete, inaccurate or forged documents.
7. Fees, Payments and Third-Party Charges
Free counselling calls and website enquiries do not require payment. If an optional paid service is offered, the scope, fee, payment mode and timeline will be communicated before you commit. University application fees, entrance exam fees, government charges, courier costs, visa fees and other third-party charges are controlled by those third parties and may be non-refundable.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for optional paid services are handled according to our Refund Policy. In general, service fees may be refundable when cancellation is requested before work starts, partially refundable when only part of the work has been delivered, and non-refundable for completed service work or third-party charges already paid on your behalf.
9. Communication Consent, Including RCS
By submitting an enquiry form, calling us, emailing us, contacting us through WhatsApp, or selecting communication consent, you allow A2Z Admission Guide to contact you about your enquiry through phone calls, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS or email. RCS messages may include admission reminders, counselling updates, document checklist links, appointment confirmations and application-status updates.
You can withdraw consent for promotional or follow-up communication at any time by replying STOP where supported, asking your counsellor to remove you, or emailing admissions@a2zadmissionguide.in. Standard carrier charges may apply for SMS or RCS messages depending on your mobile plan.
10. No Guarantee of Admission, Visa, Loan or Scholarship
Admission decisions rest solely with universities and colleges. Visa decisions rest solely with government authorities. Loan and scholarship decisions rest with financial institutions or awarding bodies. We do not guarantee admission, visa issuance, scholarship approval, loan approval, ranking, job placement or career outcome.
11. Website Information
Course, country, fee, scholarship, intake and living-cost information on this website is indicative. Education policies and admission rules can change. You should confirm final details with a counsellor before applying, paying an institution or making travel plans.
12. Intellectual Property
